It may also provide supportive care during appropriate stages of post-surgical recovery. POST-SURGICAL CLIENTS Medical clearance is required before receiving post-surgical lymphatic drainage. Treatment is adapted to your stage of healing and does not include wound care, treatment of surgical complications, or direct work over unhealed incisions.
